Syrtaki in Gernsbach

Absolute recommendation! One of my favorites in the Murg Valley for years. Price performance that is unbeatable. Staff always very friendly, the food tastes very good and fresh!

Best Greek in the area. Especially recommended in summer. Also suitable for children.

The Syrtaki has a relatively large covered beer garden. The food was served in a timely manner. There were two of us and it would have been nice if the dishes had been served at the same time. The ordered red wine, as well as the water, needs improvement in terms of the choice of glasses. The dishes were okay in terms of taste and portion. The side salad, however, without comment ... the cook still has to work on himself. Price / performance was still okay.

We were cycling in and around Gernsbach and wanted to stop there spontaneously. At the "reception" we had to wait a while until someone had time for us. Behind us stood a slightly longer line of people. Then finally a gentleman came who was very busy and looked at our panniers with a disdainful look. We were asked to wait a "little" moment, someone would come straight away. Then the approx. 20 people after us were let in without further ado and we were still there! We then went. Maybe we don't have a term for what a "small moment" means for Greek citizens, but the small moment was just too big for us and the innkeeper too arrogant ...

Very nice ambience, friendly staff and the food was also very tasty and plentiful. Price-performance ratio is definitely right here.

My wife and I had our wedding anniversary on 09.09.20, so we wanted to have a nice meal. We received a friendly welcome and were shown to a table. We received the menu and didn't see the waiters for 15 min. Then we left !!!

Very nice to sit on the terrace. But it was well attended and took a while. Salmon highly recommended.

Food is good and the price is right. For a large currant spritzer you pay 2.50 EUR. In other restaurants you now pay almost double that. Unfortunately the service is not very good. We waited at least 20 minutes until a waiter even came to our table. Then we had to wait almost 1 hour for the salad (two salads were also missing, as was the pide that we ordered). Then we had to wait another 45 minutes for our main course and two dishes were forgotten again. That was very annoying. We actually wanted to order a dessert and asked the waiter in the kitchen to ask how long it would take - the waiter promised to inquire - and didn't come back. We were also given a total bill when we paid, whereupon we asked to be allowed to pay individually - the waiter left and came back to pay at some point after 10 minutes. The service has always been very bad but after this visit I will not visit the restaurant again ..

The place is beautiful, the food is good, unfortunately I waited more than an hour.

It was really delicious, but the schnitzel got smaller from the first visit to the second visit. Otherwise there are usually very few complaints.

Like in Greece :) The restaurant has a super nice courtyard / garden. We felt like we were in Greece from the first minute. The service was very attentive. The food was very tasty.

Were very satisfied as always, service was friendly and courteous, food very good and plentiful, prices absolutely reasonable. The ambience simply creates a holiday mood. We can highly recommend it, only a reservation is necessary if you want to sit on the terrace at the moment.

Delicious food. The lamb kotlet had too much fat but other than that it was great. The dishes were very big and generous. One boy from the stuff served us and helped us to understand the menu and to make sure that we were satisfied.

Very satisfied. Mega portions and delicious. Had small appetizer plates and syrtaki plates. I think the appetizer plate should be a bit smaller and € 3 cheaper. Because with main course is very much. But otherwise very great Greek in Gernsbach.
